The WISE Awards

Recognizing Innovative and Transformative Projects

“There is a need to highlight best practices because they can inspire other projects and be of use to practitioners and learners around the world. I encourage people engaged in innovative projects to share their successes.” H.E. Sheikh Abdulla bin Ali Al-Thani, Ph.D., Chairman of WISE

Running in parallel with the WISE Prize for Education, the WISE Awards are designed to identify, showcase and promote innovative educational projects from all regions of the world and all education fields to inspire change in education.

Each year, a Jury composed of leading experts from the education world selects six innovative projects for their concrete and positive impact upon education and societies. These winning projects gain global visibility and receive a prize of $20,000 (US).
