Thanks to everyone that sutrpoped and voted for my appetizer Deep Fried Lobster Mac & Cheese. I came up very short on Lobster meat the day before the festival and was limited to the amount I could sell to the Festival patrons. I only wish that I could have offered my dish to more people. I would also like to commend the Parks and Recreation Department for another fine event and allowing me to participate. Again Thanks to everyone. Scott StraughenStraughen's Catering
