Educational development often focuses on access & quality in primary & secondary grades. Rarely does it serve to provide support or development of post secondary education. Without greater access to quality higher Ed, could we be continuing the model of colonialism where people learn only enough to get by or take skilled labor jobs? Doesn't the world have an obligation to support the development of local experts, local innovators, local talent that might change the world?
