Luc Bronner, 37, is a journalist and author, and Chief Editor for the French newspaperLe Monde. In 2007 he was awarded the Albert-Londres prize, the highest French prize for journalism. His last book (La loi du ghetto, The ghetto law – pocket edition) was published in 2010.

From 1999 to 2005, he covered the Education sector for Le Monde.

After the riots in the French suburbs, in October 2005, he covered the sensitive and underprivileged neighborhoods in France.

Mr.Bronner was named Chief Editor for Le Monde in April 2011.

He graduated from the Political Science Institute in the French city of Grenoble.
