Nominate the Next WISE Prize for Education Laureate

The call for nominations for the 2013 WISE Prize for Education is open until April 30 2013 . 

The annual WISE Prize for Education is the first distinction of its kind to recognize an individual or a team of up to six people for an outstanding, world-class contribution to education. 

Nominations are encouraged from a broad range of areas – from both the private and public sector – with evidence of a visionary approach to education being a key element.

WISE Awarded Prestigious Magisterio Prize for Educational Leaders

The World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) has been awarded the 2012 Magisterio Prize for Educational Leaders. Sheikh Abdulla bin Ali Al-Thani, Chairman of WISE, and Vice President, Education, at Qatar Foundation, accepted the prize from Her Royal Highness Letizia Ortiz, Princess of Asturias on November 29 in Madrid, Spain.
