Mr. Reinier Terwindt
Reinier Terwindt heads STIR's evidence-based policy and strategic thinking work from New York. He previously managed STIR's monitoring and evaluation efforts from Uganda and has led the design and evaluation of education programs ranging from early childhood education to adult literacy in Botswana, Cameroon, Malawi, and South Africa.
Reinier also worked for the United Nations in New York on private sector engagement in the Sustainable Development Goals. He holds an Ed.M in International Educational Development from Teachers College, Columbia University and an M.A. in Anthropology of Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies.
