Aya Sadder is the Program and Partnerships manager at The Sustainability Platform, a boutique social impact consultancy, as well as the Business Account Manager at VentureFin, a newly founded crowd-investing platform in the UAE. She was invited in as the only female guest panelist at INSEAD’s Entrepreneurship talk in Abu Dhabi to discuss some of the legal barriers and opportunities for startups in the UAE. She will also be the only female panelist in Babson College’s upcoming Connect worldwide on the entrepreneurship panel discussing the future of business in the Middle East. She was the lead for Startup Weekend Dubai 2015, and is also the lead organizer for Startup Weekend Dubai 2016 and Startup Weekend Abu Dhabi 2016. She has completed her BA, with honors, with a dual concentration in Marketing and Strategic Management together with a minor in Economics at Babson College in the United States.
