Aysha Al Mudahka is a dynamic leader with a distinguished track record in fostering strategic initiatives and driving innovation. As the Senior Program Director at the Qatar Research, Development and Innovation Council (QRDI Council), she promotes innovation capacity building and RDI talent development.

With extensive experience in leadership roles, including Director of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships Development at Qatar Foundation (QF), Aysha has successfully spearheaded initiatives that align QF’s mission with Qatar’s broader public and private sector priorities. Her expertise spans knowledge, science, entrepreneurship, and cultural diplomacy, all aimed at advancing Qatar’s innovation ecosystem.

Before joining QF, Aysha served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Qatar Business Incubation Center (QBIC), where she played a pivotal role in nurturing entrepreneurship across the MENA region. Her achievements have earned her recognition among the Top 100 Most Powerful Arab Women by CEO Middle East Magazine and as the 32nd Most Influential Qatari by Arabian Business Qatar.

Aysha’s dedication to youth empowerment and female entrepreneurship is evident through her active engagement with organizations such as INJAZ Qatar. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Qatar University, along with executive education credentials and an MBA from The Wharton School and HEC Paris.
