Alejandra Ycaza Babra is a social innovator and the Leader of International Development at Fundación Reimagina, where she supports regional initiatives that strengthen teacher development, educational equity, and the future of learning across Latin America. She co-designed AprendoLab, currently a finalist for the WISE Prize, a collaborative platform that uses technology and AI to deliver personalized, evidence-driven professional learning and to better understand how teachers grow over time.

Alejandra also works in innovation at Universidad Casa Grande in Ecuador, where she designs initiatives that explore the future of higher education and the role of AI in making institutions more adaptable and sustainable. Beyond education, she is the founder of BeeMatch, a skills-based hiring platform that connects talent to opportunity through adaptive, bias-free assessments for operational and customer service roles.

Recognized as a WISE Emerging Leader, Alejandra focuses on building ecosystems, tools, and networks that reimagine how education and employment systems can evolve to meet the demands of a rapidly changing world.
