Arnaud Olivier David Ventura

Arnaud Ventura is the Managing Partner of Gojo & Co., an investment company that focuses on financial inclusion by investing in banks and non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs). Gojo operates globally and is headquartered in Tokyo.

Before joining Gojo & Co., Ventura founded and developed the Baobab Group (2008–2018), a leading digital microfinance institution serving micro and small businesses across Africa and China. He grew the organization from the ground up into a group operating in 12 countries.

Beginning in 1998, Ventura co-founded and led PlaNet Finance together with Prof. Jacques Attali (Chairman of the Board) and Prof. Muhammad Yunus (Chairman of the Advisory Board). By the early 2000s, PlaNet Finance became one of Europe’s most prominent financial inclusion organizations, running programs in more than 50 countries.
