Benjamin Cherian is a Senior Program Manager at Dalberg Advisors, a social impact advisory firm based in Mumbai. His work focuses on capacity building and performance management for organizations across the organizational development, skilling, climate, and agriculture sectors in the Asia-Pacific and Africa regions.
While at Dalberg, he has supported the International Solar Alliance (ISA) in implementing a long-term organizational development strategy to strengthen learning and development, cross-team collaboration, advocacy, and knowledge sharing. He has also worked with the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) to design and deliver a 15-month capacity-building program for CIFF’s strategic grantees.
Prior to joining Dalberg, Benjamin worked with Kheyti and One Acre Fund on developing sustainable financing solutions and farmer capacity-building initiatives; with the Pratham Education Foundation on program management in the education sector, collaborating with state and district governments across India; and with Max Healthcare on conceptualizing and implementing digital healthcare pilots. He holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Physics from St. Stephen’s College.
