Charlene Ruto

Charlene Chelagat Ruto is deeply committed to empowering young people. She has taken a bottom-up approach to leadership, ensuring that youth voices are meaningfully represented and heard. She intentionally creates spaces for young people to share their ideas, supports them in turning those ideas into action, and walks alongside them as they strive to build well-rounded lives—professionally, emotionally, financially, mentally, physically, and socially.
