Dr. Aisha Mohammed Al Megbali

Dr. Aisha Al Megbali is the Director of Qatar Academy Al Khor (QAK), part of Qatar Foundation’s Pre-University Education, where she leads the school’s strategic vision and transformation journey. With more than 20 years of experience in education, she has progressed from teacher and Ministry supervisor to principal and director, shaping high-performing teams and fostering inclusive, bilingual International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes.

Dr. Aisha holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Westcliff University, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and a Bachelor’s in Education. Under her leadership, QAK is pioneering greater autonomy in governance, data-driven improvement, and holistic student development aligned with Qatar’s national education vision.
