Dr. Brady Creel

Assistant Dean and Chief of Staff

Dr. Brady Creel is the Assistant Dean for Strategic Communication and Chief of Staff at Texas A&M University at Qatar (TAMUQ). He is responsible for developing and delivering key messages to internal and external stakeholders. In addition, he oversees TAMUQ’s Offices of Events and Visitor Relations, Marketing and Communications, and Facilities Planning and Management.

Dr. Creel is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Communication at TAMUQ, where he teaches courses in international communication, intercultural communication, and communication and popular culture. As an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University in Qatar, he has taught undergraduate courses on advocacy communication, visual rhetoric, and freedom of speech and civil discourse.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas (USA); a master’s degree in management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University; and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in communication from Texas A&M University.

Dr. Creel has worked in Qatar Foundation’s Education City since 2007.
