Dr. Ekaterina Cooper is a globally respected expert in EdTech, education research, and impact strategy. She currently serves as Senior Impact Manager at the Global Schools Forum, where she leads Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) across a diverse portfolio of international education initiatives, supporting innovation and effectiveness in low- and middle-income contexts.
With over 17 years of cross-sector experience, Dr. Cooper has advised more than 150 EdTech and education organizations on integrating rigorous research, data-driven design, and evaluation into their strategies and scaling efforts. Her work with the UK Department for Education on the EdTech Quality Frameworks and Standards Review contributed to shaping national guidance on evidence-based technology use in schools.
She holds a Ph.D. focused on the psychology of learning and an MSc centered on impactful social interventions, grounding her work at the intersection of human development, public health, and education systems.
