Dr. Faten Hani

Dr. Faten Hani is the Founder and CEO of Wise Advisors, a specialized advisory services boutique firm. She is a seasoned chief executive with extensive experience in planning, executing, and managing strategic multibillion-dollar projects while maintaining efficient operations and streamlined structures.

Her expertise spans strategy development, business planning, human capital development, and social impact transformations across the Middle East (ME) and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) regions. Dr. Faten has over 30 years of experience in the Middle East, working across education, R&D, innovation, arts and culture, business, finance, and community development at regional, national, and corporate levels.

Previously, she served as CEO of the DIFC Centre of Excellence, hosting top international universities and business schools, including London Business School (LBS), Duke University, and SOAS. Before that, she was Chief Human Capital Officer at the Dubai International Financial Centre and an executive committee member since its inception in 2001.

Dr. Faten has contributed to designing strategic country plans and visions for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, the UAE, and Lebanon. She has chaired the Business Advisory Committee of the Higher Colleges of Technology (UAE) and served on advisory groups at IMD Business School (Switzerland) and the Young Arab Leaders Organization.

She provides strategic advisory services to government officials, leaders, and royal family members, while mentoring entrepreneurs and SMEs. Dr. Faten holds a Doctorate from Nottingham Trent University, Master’s degrees from the Barcelona Executive Business School and the University of Murcia, and a Bachelor’s degree from UAE University.
