Dr. Margo Tripsa

Dr. Margareta (Margo) Tripsa is a Professional Development Specialist at the Education Development Institute, Qatar Foundation. She holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership, an Education Specialist degree in Instructional Technology, and a Master’s in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, all earned from renowned North American universities.

With over two decades of international experience spanning Europe, North America, and Asia, she possesses extensive expertise in artificial intelligence in education, educational leadership, curriculum and assessment design, and professional learning. Dr. Tripsa is deeply committed to building teacher capacity and is widely recognized for her ability to lead and inspire teams of educators in implementing innovative pedagogical strategies that enrich learning experiences and promote educational excellence.

Dr. Tripsa has led transformative initiatives in educational leadership, curriculum innovation, instructional technology, and professional learning. She spearheaded the AI in Education strategic initiative for Qatar Foundation’s Pre-University Education, in collaboration with QF’s multiversity partners. She has forged key collaborations with internal and external stakeholders, led a cross-school team of AI focal points, and contributed to the field by speaking at and organizing large-scale educational conferences, as well as conducting research on AI in education.

She has also supported school accreditation processes, coordinated professional development programs, and provided consultation services to international schools and graduate programs. An accomplished educational consultant, Dr. Tripsa is recognized for her ability to translate emerging educational trends into actionable strategies that enhance teaching and learning.
