Fatima Abou Najm

Fatima Abou Najm is the National Programs Coordinator at Qatar Academy Al Wakra’s Primary School, with more than 20 years of experience in the education sector and over 11 years within Qatar Foundation. Throughout her career, she has played an active role in developing and enhancing primary-level programs.

Fatima is passionate about the Arabic language and is dedicated to integrating technology into her teaching to make learning more engaging, enjoyable, and meaningful for students. She continually seeks innovative methods that strengthen students’ understanding and skill development in creative ways.

She believes deeply in the importance of modernizing teaching practices and adopting interactive approaches that encourage active participation, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
