Hamza Alsioufy is a Qatari-based entrepreneur, economic researcher, and educator passionate about empowering youth through innovation and knowledge. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of CamelCode Academy, a coding and STEAM education academy that introduces children aged 6–18 to the world of technology in Arabic while focusing on Qatari culture. A graduate of Georgetown University in Qatar with a degree in International Economics, Hamza currently serves as a Learning and Development Specialist at the College of Business and Economics, Qatar University, where he delivers entrepreneurship training under the Shell Intilaaqah program.
Alongside his work in education, Hamza also served as an economic researcher at the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC), contributing to the Arab Industrial Integration Strategy and regional development initiatives.
He is the Founder and CEO of SyriaDebate, a pioneering organization dedicated to promoting critical thinking, dialogue, and debate culture among Syrian youth. Through his leadership, SyriaDebate has trained hundreds of students and expanded debate programs across universities in Syria and the Arab region.
Hamza’s work bridges education, economics, and social impact, driven by a mission to make knowledge accessible to all.
