James Shaw Hamilton

James is passionate about providing children and young people with life-changing opportunities through education, regardless of their background, and about removing barriers to their future. He works with partners to transform lives through education and employment for the most vulnerable and marginalised populations. He has spent 20 years in international development and UK education with organisations such as Education Above All, Teach First, Save the Children, and The Humanitarian Forum. He has also worked for the UK Charity Commission and as a commercial lawyer.
