Jyothi Vynatheya Oberoi

Jyothi is currently serving as Global People Partner, where she drives internal people strategy within the organization. She also co-leads global engagements across two core areas—Monitoring, Evaluation, & Learning and Talent & Leadership. Her work at Dalberg over the last decade has spanned multiple sectors, including global public health and nutrition, energy, education, skilling, investing for impact, cities, entrepreneurship and enterprise development, and youth and adolescent programming, among others.

Jyothi previously worked for The Earth Institute (Columbia University) on a district-level health systems strengthening initiative with the Indian Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Prior to this, Jyothi was at IMS Consulting in New York, where her work involved developing innovative market entry and launch pricing strategies for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

She holds a BA in the Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
