Kholoud Al Shiba is the Head of Advocacy at the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE). She is a communications and project management expert with a proven track record in corporate communications and successful management of high-level projects.
Before transitioning to her current role at WISE, she started her career in the Communications directorate at Qatar Foundation, where she managed relationships with key local stakeholders and ministries, supported with crisis communications management planning, provided strategic PR support and recommendations, and managed the development and implementation of communications strategies for key projects including the launch of a new center.
Kholoud holds a degree in International Economics with a minor in Arabic Studies from Georgetown University in Qatar. She received the Education Excellence Award in 2019, presented by His Highness the Emir.
