Mila founded and leads Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP). At Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, the team works to radically improve human services and environmental initiatives in order to enhance outcomes for people and create value for society. The programs BOP supports are dedicated to empowering individuals around the world to improve their lives, in areas ranging from education and wellbeing to housing, child protection, employment, and environmental protection.

BOP’s work is grounded in strength-based, outcomes-focused models that achieve better results than traditional “pay-for-input” approaches—particularly where services must be organized around individuals facing complex challenges rather than through fragmented public service systems. Outcomes-focused delivery enables collaborative design, flexible implementation, and clear accountability for long-term results.

To date, BOP has achieved more than US $320 million worth of outcomes for over one million people globally. In the UK alone, the analyzed public value created by these outcomes partnerships is approximately £1.5 billion.
