Mohammad Sakib Mahmoud

Mohammad Sakib Mahmoud serves as the THIMUN Conference Specialist under Qatar Foundation’s Pre-University Education. In this role, he leads the planning and execution of large-scale international programs such as the THIMUN Qatar Conference, Qatar Leadership Conference, and regional Model United Nations initiatives. His work focuses on empowering young people to engage in diplomacy, global citizenship, and leadership through meaningful dialogue and collaboration.

Sakib holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University, with a concentration in design and business management. This multidisciplinary foundation enables him to bridge creativity, organizational strategy, and educational innovation to deliver impactful, youth-focused events.

Guided by a strong belief in the transformative power of education, Sakib continues to cultivate partnerships with schools, organizations, and global networks to advance THIMUN Qatar’s mission of nurturing informed, empathetic, and proactive young leaders committed to positive global change.
