Noora Khalid

Noora Mohammed is a Qatari professional currently serving as Manager of Development Projects and Programs at the Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD). In this capacity, she leads and oversees a diverse portfolio of development initiatives spanning the MENA, Asian, African, European, and American regions. Her work focuses on advancing economic growth, healthcare, education, and climate resilience, underscoring her commitment to promoting equality, sustainability, and long-term resilience in vulnerable communities around the world.

Noora also serves as a Board Member of His Highness the Father Emir Hospital for Prosthetic Limbs in Gaza, where she plays an active role in shaping the hospital’s strategic direction, operational frameworks, and governance mechanisms to uphold excellence in humanitarian and medical services.
