Patience Rusare is a Senior Media Specialist at the Education Above All Foundation, with over 15 years of experience shaping narratives that drive global change. Her work spans Africa, Asia, and North America, where she has reported from and advocated in countries including Cambodia, China, Eritrea, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mali, Nigeria, Qatar, Rwanda, South Africa, The Gambia, Uganda, the United States, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Her expertise extends to moderating and leading communications at major global gatherings, including the UN General Assembly, High-Level Political Forum, UN LDC5, FIFA World Cup, Qatar Economic Forum, and the WISE Summit, where she consistently elevates the voices of marginalized communities.

A passionate advocate of peace journalism, Patience has trained journalists across Africa, with her own work contributing to stronger narratives around elections, peace processes, and community resilience. She is a two-time Pan African Journalist Award winner, Rotary Peace Fellow, Paul Harris Fellow, and recipient of multiple regional accolades.
