Philip Adebayo is a MERL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning) professional with specialized expertise in impact assessment, program evaluation, and research coordination across multi-country development initiatives in Africa. He currently leads Monitoring, Evaluation, and Research at AfriLabs, a pan-African network of over 500 innovation hubs.
He has extensive experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, having published five major research studies in collaboration with leading international organizations. Through his work, Philip has actively facilitated ecosystem knowledge-sharing and cross-hub collaboration, using research as a tool to connect stakeholders, highlight best practices, and inform policy dialogue across Africa’s technology and innovation ecosystem.
By championing collaborative learning and inclusive research, Philip continues to strengthen AfriLabs’ mission to build a thriving, interconnected innovation economy across the continent.
