Radouane Monhem serves as a Senior Technical Advisor at Qatar’s Ministry of Education and Higher Education, where he helps shape the country’s educational transformation agenda. His work bridges technology, quality, policy, and innovation, ensuring that digital systems do more than automate processes — they enable smarter decisions, stronger accountability, and more inclusive learning opportunities.
