Saurabh Kumar Singh

Saurabh Singh is an accomplished education transformation leader with over a decade of experience driving large-scale systemic change across multiple Indian states. After completing his engineering degree and working as a Systems Engineer, he transitioned to the education sector through the prestigious Teach For India Fellowship.

Since joining Mantra4Change in 2018, Saurabh has demonstrated exceptional leadership in educational program development and implementation. He began by spearheading school transformation and empowerment initiatives in Andhra Pradesh, successfully managing complex programs and cross-functional teams.

From 2020 to 2022, as a Program Manager, Saurabh expanded his impact across three states—Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Andhra Pradesh—leading operations, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships with government agencies and civil society organisations.

In his current role as the Director of State Programs since 2022, Saurabh collaborates directly with state education department officials and civil society partners to co-create and implement large-scale education transformation programs. His expertise spans program design, partnership management, government relations, and operational excellence, making him instrumental in driving sustainable educational change at the state level.

Saurabh’s unique combination of technical background, grassroots teaching experience, and strategic program leadership positions him as a key architect of educational transformation initiatives across India.
