Shk Noof Ahmed bin Saif Al Thani

Sheikha Noof Ahmed Al-Thani is the Vice President, Strategic Educational Initiatives at the Pre-University Education office at Qatar Foundation. She joined Qatar Foundation in 2007 where she co-founded four QF schools: Qatar Academy Al-Khor, Qatar Academy Al-Wakra, Qatar Academy Sidra, Qatar Academy Msheireb, as well as the expansion of The Learning Center to Awsaj Academy. She is also the co-founder of the PUE Office and founder of the Education Development Institute (EDI) at Qatar Foundation.

She works with leading global and local partners to bring and share Qatar Foundation’s high-impact innovation in education to Qatar and the region. She started her career as a teacher and teacher trainer in 1994 and is the recipient of multiple regional and local educational excellence awards. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Qatar University and an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from HEC Paris.
