Soumaya Ben Beya

Active in the startup and investment sectors across multiple regions, Soumaya is a partner at Rasmal Ventures, the first venture capital firm established in Doha and backed by the Qatar Investment Authority. The firm focuses on investments across the MENA region, with an opportunistic international allocation.

Soumaya has previously held various investment roles in Silicon Valley, including positions at FI Ventures and Plug and Play Ventures, and has led operations at a San Francisco–based startup. She holds an MBA in Investments from EDHEC Business School (France).
