Kholoud Al-Shiba

Head, Advocacy and Community Development

Kholoud Al-Shiba is Head of Advocacy and Community Development at the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE). A communications and project management expert, she has a proven track record in corporate communications and the successful delivery of high-level projects.

Prior to joining WISE, Kholoud began her career in the Communications directorate at Qatar Foundation, where she managed relationships with key local stakeholders and ministries, supported crisis communications planning, provided strategic PR guidance, and oversaw the development and implementation of communications strategies for major projects, including the launch of a new center.

Kholoud holds a degree in International Economics with a minor in Arabic Studies from Georgetown University in Qatar, and received the Education Excellence Award in 2019, presented by His Highness the Emir.
