Reem Al-Sulaiti

Manager, Partnerships and Strategic Finance

Reem Al-Sulaiti is Manager of Partnerships and Strategic Finance at WISE, where she manages strategic partnerships across WISE’s program cycle and leads on strategic finance and reporting. She works across WISE’s core pillars to ensure alignment and drive impactful collaborations with government, corporate, and international partners.

Prior to joining WISE, Reem was Strategic Planning and Performance Manager at the Qatar Fund for Development, where she led organizational strategy development, country intervention strategy exercises, reporting oversight, project proposal analysis, and the monitoring and evaluation function.

Reem holds a bachelor’s degree in International Politics from Georgetown University and a master’s degree from HEC Paris. She has over ten years of experience in research, strategic planning, and leadership, with a deep commitment to education and social causes.
