Rwodah Al Naimi

As Director of Investment at Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD), Rwodah drives strategic investments that enhance global development impact. Her work focuses on funding and scaling initiatives that address critical challenges in sustainable development, economic growth, and social progress.

Previously, she served as Director of Strategic Partnerships at QFFD, where she played a key role in shaping the organization’s global strategy, overseeing operations, and leading high-impact partnerships. She managed strategic relationships with governments, international NGOs, and UN agencies across Sub-Saharan Africa, the MENA region, and beyond. She spearheaded initiatives tackling poverty, healthcare access, and education, ensuring meaningful and lasting change in low- and middle-income countries.

Rwodah also led the Digital Innovation Enablement section at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Qatar, where she championed initiatives to incubate and support entrepreneurs and startups, fostering a thriving innovation ecosystem.

With a background in international cooperation, sustainable development, and investment strategy, Rwodah is passionate about leveraging financial instruments and partnerships to drive scalable, sustainable solutions worldwide.
