Bridging the Divide: Financing Inclusive and Future-Ready Education
This policy brief captures key insights from the WISE 12 Ministerial Roundtable, co-hosted by the Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD), the Ministry of Education and Higher Education of the State of Qatar (MoEHE), and World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE) in Doha. Bringing together ministers and senior education leaders from across regions, the dialogue explored how countries can close the education financing gap, support out-of-school children, harness technology responsibly, and build more resilient education systems.
The brief highlights emerging models for diversified and results-linked financing, multi-sector partnerships, crisis-responsive education, responsible AI, and private-sector co-investment, offering practical recommendations for governments, development partners, and education stakeholders working to advance equitable and future-ready learning for all.
