Aldana Alsemaitt

Aldana Alsemaitt is a Programs Associate at the World Innovation Summit for Education (WISE), where she co-leads both the WISE Prize for Education and the WISE EdTech Accelerator. In her role, she supports the design and implementation of global initiatives that recognize groundbreaking education changemakers and foster the growth of high-impact EdTech startups.
Prior to joining WISE, Aldana worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Researcher at the Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD), where she focused on project planning, results measurement, and partner assessments across global development programs.
She holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar. Her academic background and professional experience reflect a deep commitment to innovation, education, and international development.
