Richa is an educator and social entrepreneur. Richa’s passion for education stems from her lived experience as a child and her extensive work with children from refugee, migrant, and other at-risk communities, from the age of 16. During her journey, Richa has worked with education nonprofits like Teach For India and Teach For All.

Richa was chosen as the 2019 Country Ambassador (India) to the 10th G(irls)20 Summit in Japan and was recognized by the Takeda Foundation as the ‘Best Entrepreneur 2019’. She has also been nominated as a “Rising Talent 2020” by the prestigious Women’s Forum For The Economy & Society. Richa also serves as a member of the Youth Advisory Board to YuWaah (Generation Unlimited), UNICEF India.

Currently, Richa is a Master’s in Education candidate at Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she also serves as an Equity & Inclusion fellow and a Harvard Ministerial Leadership Fellow.
