Mona Diab

Professor Diab is the newly appointed director of Language Technologies Institute, within the School of Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). Prior to joining CMU, Mona was a Lead Responsible AI Research Scientist within Meta. She was also full tenured professor in the Computer Science Department at George Washington University. Mona’s research focuses on natural language processing and applied machine learning. She has over 250 refereed publications.
