Member of the cabinet of the Secretary General of the OEI as coordinator of Higher Education, VET and Science, and Professor of International Relations at the Francisco de Vitoria University. From May 2016 to June 2018 she was the Head of the Verification Unit of the Fundación para el Conocimiento Madri+d, depending on the Madrid Regional Government, in charge of assessing the new degrees proposed by Madrid’s universities. Between 2011 and 2015, she was advisor of the Spanish Minister of Education, Culture and Sport and responsible for the international area of the Ministry General Secretariat for Universities. Between 2007 and 2011, she was advisor of the Education Counselor of the Madrid Regional Government. She holds a PhD. cum laude in Contemporary History from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED). In 2005 she graduated in Law with a major in European Law at the San Pablo CEU University and completed the Master’s Degree in Political and Administrative Studies at the College of Europe (Beethoven promotion 2005-2006).
