Charles’ career began at IBM as a graduate, where he experienced several roles building into a focus on recruitment, specifically technology in recruitment. Charles became the lead for IBM EMEA on recruitment technology as the Internet changed the industry, working on the first Internet branding projects and candidate tracking platforms across multiple countries.
Charles then moved to work as a Strategic Resourcing Consultant with TMP Worldwide, working with a range of organisations in both private and public sectors, on their employer branding and hiring strategies.
He joined LinkedIn in 2012 as a Strategic Consultant in the Talent Solutions business, working with global clients such as Google, Microsoft and the Big 4. With the launch of LinkedIn’s Education features in 2014, Charles stepped into his current (newly created) role leading growth and engagement across EMEA.
