Monica Flores is General Director of ManpowerGroup Latin America, responsible for the operation of 18 countries, with more than 3,500 employees and more than 100,000 associates.

She participates in several companies’ Boards, educational institutions, government institutions and organizations, such as COPARMEX, Consejo Coordinador Empresarial and the first Job Training Institute of Mexico City, among others. She is also President of ManpowerGroup Foundation. She has signed more than 160 agreements with educational institutions to close the gap of LATAM Talent and the competences and abilities required by the companies, with the objective of promoting formal employment.

She has been awarded by the National Senate as “2011 Distinguished Woman” and is recognized as one of the Most Powerful Business Women in Latin America, leader of opinion in Human Resources and one of the 10 principal global promoters of diversity.

She has been speaker in several forums, such as: World Economic Forum, WOBI, National Conference of Labor Secretaries, Youth and Productivity Summit, Clase 2014 and World Federation of People Management Associations, among others.

She graduated from the National Autonomous University in Mexico as an Actuary. She holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the Panamerican University, as well as a Master in Business Administration from IPADE Business School. Her academic development is also complemented by a certificate in Philosophy and History of Mexican Culture.
