Naadiya Moosajee is a serial social entrepreneur by passion, a civil engineer by training, and is Co-founder and CEO at WomEng, an international non-profit company developing the next generation of female engineering leaders in Africa. She holds a BSc Civil Engineering and MSc Engineering degrees. 

Ms Moosajee is a board director at Pegasys, a management consultancy, and is a board director for the International Youth Foundation, which provides skills building, leadership and entrepreneurship training for youth globally. She is also a YouthActionNet global leadership fellow and an African Leadership Network Fellow. In addition, she is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and in 2014 was named “Top 20 Young Power Women in Africa” by Forbes Magazine. Ms Moosajee has recently launched a new venture, JourneyMap, a development consultancy that provides partners with talent management, business up-skilling, diversity management, graduate and executive leadership coaching, mentoring and development programs. 

Ms Moosajee has a variety of experiences from technical engineering design and operations to NGO development, management consulting and entrepreneurship. She is a dynamic leader having founded and grown WomEng into the top NGO in South Africa (awarded in 2013), while maintaining various consulting and engineering positions. She has won numerous awards including Most Influential Woman of the Year, the Frost & Sullivan Visionary Leadership Award and Top 100 Brightest Young Minds in South Africa.
