Robert Lobatto

Head, King Alfred School

United Kingdom

Robert Lobatto is Head of King Alfred School, London. Founded in 1898, it is the leading progressive schools in the UK. Our broader mission is to influence the wider system away from a reductionist data-driven approach towards a more enlightened, child-centred, authentic educational experience. Having studied Modern History at Oxford, Robert has been an educator for the past 30 years. Prior to King Alfred, he was Executive Head of an award-winning Multi Academy Trust in West London. He is also a Local Leader of Education, a frequent contributor to conferences, and sits on a number of education advisory Boards.
