Lynx engages individually with employees to guide them to the right programs aligned to their career goals, and provide continuous support throughout their learning journey. Lynx makes it easy for employers to offer quality upskilling for their employees as a lever for talent attraction and retention, while unlocking career advancement opportunities for all employees.
Why it matters
As the Fourth Industrial Revolution continues, there is growing concern that there will be significant levels of job displacement and talent shortages. However, whilst large parts of the labour market will be impacted by intelligent systems and automation, technological integration will likely change the business models of all industries, giving rise to a number of emerging jobs. With that in mind, many businesses are now beginning to take a proactive approach to reskilling and upskilling their staff to mitigate against potential job losses.
