Co-Founder, Weaving Lab
Rosie Clayton is a leading expert in the development of learning ecosystems. She is a Co-Founder of Weaving Lab, an organisation rethinking the purpose and practice of education systems (and systems leadership) around the world, and is a Research Fellow at the World Innovation Summit for Education working on place based learning approaches which connect informal and formal learning and drive pedagogical innovation. Prior to this she was an Associate Director at the Royal Society of Arts leading the Cities of Learning programme, recognised by HundrED as one of their top 100 global innovations in 2019. Rosie works at the intersection of policy, systems and innovation, often at the forefront of pioneering education initiatives. Including setting up Studio Schools which bridge education and industry, working with the Innovation Unit to establish the Extraordinary Learning Trust, and working for Big Change to design an impact accelerator model for new education ventures.
