Aly Jetha

CEO & Co-founder, Big Bad Boo Productions


Mr. Aly Jetha is the co-founder of Big Bad Boo Studios, a children’s media company that develops entertainment to teach diversity, inclusion and global mindedness. Since founding the company, Aly has co-created six properties that have won numerous international awards and air in 100 countries around the world on premier networks including Al Jazeera Children’s Channel, Disney, Cartoon network, Discovery Kids, CCTV, PBS and CBC. Prior to Big Bad Boo, Aly worked in the United Nations community at Parliamentarians for Global Action, an international parliamentary network where he spearheaded programs in Human Rights, Women’s Empowerment and Economic Recovery in Africa. Aly is a Canadian Citizen of Indian Descent, who was born in East Africa. He holds a Political Science Degree (with High Honors) from the University of British Columbia and a Law Degree (JD) from the University of California at Berkeley.
