Catalina is the current Educational Programs Director of the UiPath Foundation, overseeing the entire organization’s portfolio of projects and programs being implemented in Romania. Her work focuses on offering educational programs to children from underprivileged backgrounds, that can both enable their potential and better prepare them for the challenges of the future, while impacting communities at large. The main areas of programming in her organization are integrated socio-educational interventions, early education development, teachers’ preparedness, and digital literacy. One of her personal goals is also to increase awareness on safeguarding related matters for organizations working directly with children. She takes great pride in having been part of the UiPath Foundation’s team from the initial stages of building up the organization. 

Catalina has previously worked in leadership education and community building with the Aspen Institute Romania and has contributed to the development of independent media initiatives in her country. 

Catalina holds a B.A. in International Relations and European Studies and a M.A. in Diplomatic Techniques, from the University of Bucharest, Faculty of History.
