Knowledgeable of educational systems and best practices from around the world, she designs impactful projects by contextualizing latest findings with a deep understanding of real ground contexts and needs. 

Has worked on different countries and organizations such as Discovery Kids in the United States, founded a tech-educational enterprise and NGO in Ecuador, lead Nationwide educational impact tech projects at One Laptop per Child and pedagogical transformation with the Global Alliance for New Pedagogies Global Alliance of Deep Learning in Uruguay. With an entrepreneurial spirit she founded two ICT for education startups plus owned and directed a recognized media production house. 

A member of Karanga a Global Alliance for social emotional learning and of New Pedagogies for Deep Learning, a global endeavor to catalyze educational system change in more than 1500 schools in countries such as Finland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United States, among others.

Founder and General Director of Edúcate Uruguay designing, investigating and implementing transformative programs for more than 500 rural schools in Uruguay. She also mentors for StartUpChile and is a mentee in Vital Voices an organization for leading women in the world.
