Mr. Hoffmann is the founder of the DO School, an award winning social enterprise that believes good business is the best solution to the world’s biggest challenges. A serial entrepreneur in both the non- and for profit fields, Florian has dabbled in the areas of philanthropy, lifestyle, tourism and media.

Mr. Hoffmann is passionate about empowering individuals with the skillset to turn their ideas into action, fulfilling their dreams and positively impacting their society. Today, he puts all of his entrepreneurial spark to use working with young talents and leading institutions to develop innovation in response to some of the toughest challenges of our time.

He has received various recognitions and in 2017 was named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Florian ́s background is in political philosophy and international Politics, He holds an MPhil in International Politics from Oxford University with distinction and studied also at ECLA of Bard College, Berlin’s Humboldt University and Duke University.

Mr. Hoffmann regularly contributes to the public debate on good business, new forms of learning and innovation and has been teaching the DO School method at a variety of universities including Columbia University, Oxford University, the University of Geneva, the Hasso Plattner Institute at Potsdam University or ESMT.

His work has been featured in publications such as the Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Inc Magazine, Brand Eins and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung amongst others.
