Shunta Takino is a policy analyst in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD. He was a member of the Young Associates Programme at the OECD from 2019 to 2021. His work at the OECD has focused on youth policy, mental health, and the interlinkages of health and work. He is the main author of the publication, Fitter Minds, Fitter Jobs: From Awareness to Change in Integrated Mental Health, Skills and Work Policies, which looks at youth, workplace and welfare policies to promote good mental health. Shunta also served as the Head Delegate for the Japanese Delegation to the Youth 7 Summit 2021, the official G7 engagement group for young people.
